Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery or pick-up,
with proof of purchase and unopened. Due to sensitivity of the products,
we appreciate your understanding on limited capacity to offer returns or exchanges.

Item may either be exchanged for the original order or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

For whatever reason you’d like to cancel your order, please call us right away so we can fulfil that request. Keep in mind, that our shipping system is designed to get orders out as fast as possible, so we will try our very best to cancel your order before it’s shipped.

If your order has already shipped, contact us to arrange shipping it back. We will refund you the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Contact us to receive instructions on sending your order back to us (must be done within 30 days of delivery)
  • Item must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once received, please allow 1-2 weeks, in addition to shipping time, for us to process your return.
We’ll notify you once your order is shipped or refunded.
