I bought a Big Green Egg at this store about 12 years ago. The Egg has a lifetime warranty but after 12 years who has a receipt? They checked their records, found my purchase, asked me for some photos and then started the warranty process. All of the cracked parts of my Big Green Egg were replaced with no hassles. Shout out to Sophia Kipin who was nothing but helpful and pleasant throughout the process.

Lots of models on display across the whole spectrum of brands and budgets. Knowledgeable staff. Attentive and willing to answer all questions. Obviously they want to sell the expensive units with all the bells and whistles but equally happy to sell me a more budget friendly unit too. I bought a 🇨🇦 made Napoleon and kept it under $1000. You can easily spend $5000, $6000 on some units. Crazy!

I ordered a Gas Fireplace Insert in Early February to replace my old fireplace which was no longer repairable, due to age and unavailability of parts. My Sales Consultant was Michael Staughton and when we explained what we needed, he told us about our various options. We ended up getting 3 different estimates from Michael, before coming to a decision. Through it all, Michael was very patient with us and at no time did we feel like we were being pressured into anything. The installation was done on March 19/26 by Burke and Joel and we coulldn't be happier. The installers layed down mats to protect our floors, took out the old fireplace to dispose of and vaccumed and cleaned up when they were done. They took extra care around the furniture and walls so as not to cause any scratches etc. Through it all they were both very pleasant and polite and answered questions that I had. Burke made sure that I knew how to use the remote control, before leaving. All in all, a great experience from everyone and I would recommend them.

Great experience with the Fireplace centre. We had never used them before, but they were recommended by the neighbours and they were right! Excellent service start to finish. They were flexible with our ever changing schedule due to contractors and whatnot, the installers did an awesome job, where professional and extra care not to scratch up our stone harth or the unit itself. We honestly walked in not knowing anything about what we wanted or needed, just knew we wanted to replace our fireplace from wood to gas, and they walked us through the whole process. I would recommend for sure!

We are a long-time customer of The Fireplace Centre who installed our gas fireplace approximately 10 years ago and who now service it every year before the winter season. Today, we noticed one of their service vans across the street at our neighbour's house. Because we had a technical question about our fireplace, I went over to the van and spoke with the driver, "Michael". I asked him if he had a moment to take a quick look at our fireplace for us and advise us on something. Because the neighbour was not yet ready for him, he came over right away and within a few minutes our issue was resolved. I had even suggested that we would pay for the service but he declined. Michael was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he addressed our issue in a most professional manner. We would like to thank Michael, and because of the great service we receive from TFC, and exemplified by Michael, we will continue to use them for our fireplace needs. Many thanks!
