Health and Safety Notice

The Fireplace Center & Patio Shop is excited to announce the re-opening of our stores! Please note that until further notice, we will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

While we are eager to be fully operational, strict policies are in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.

Namely, we will continue to practice safe social distancing with no handshakes or other physical contact. Our staff are all handwashing constantly, and we have hand sanitizer on-site to ensure frequent disinfecting. Staff members will be wearing masks when necessary and we ask that customers also bring a mask with them to wear when required.

We will be limiting the number of customers inside the building to a maximum of two per household. Floor markers will also be in place both outside and within the building to ensure safe physical distancing is possible.

Curbside pickup and delivery remain available for those who prefer for purchases made over the phone, via email, or for select units at fireplacedirect.ca.

Additional cleaning procedures will be in effect at our locations, with frequent sanitation and disinfection of all surfaces. Regular, thorough cleaning of any and all “touch points” will also be executed.
