I ordered a Gas Fireplace Insert in Early February to replace my old fireplace which was no longer repairable, due to age and unavailability of parts. My Sales Consultant was Michael Staughton and when we explained what we needed, he told us about our various options. We ended up getting 3 different estimates from Michael, before coming to a decision. Through it all, Michael was very patient with us and at no time did we feel like we were being pressured into anything. The installation was done on March 19/26 by Burke and Joel and we coulldn't be happier. The installers layed down mats to protect our floors, took out the old fireplace to dispose of and vaccumed and cleaned up when they were done. They took extra care around the furniture and walls so as not to cause any scratches etc. Through it all they were both very pleasant and polite and answered questions that I had. Burke made sure that I knew how to use the remote control, before leaving. All in all, a great experience from everyone and I would recommend them.
