Our experience with the fine folks has been very positive. From the initial visit to speak with Darren, who is honest, transparent and not pushy at all, we knew this was the right choice. Every decision we took, we felt informed and supported and that our interests were a priority.
We had an old fireplace removed and replaced by a new one and we could not be happier with the result. A shout out to the crew Led by David and Kevin as well as Mike and Damen (also Steve and Sanford) who did an exceptional job with great attention to details.
We also got a gas BBQ that was delivered and installed along with a gas line. Initially, it was not meeting expectations and that is where Jessy, as well as Darren, really shined. They listens to our concerns, examined them thoroughly and even involved the manufacturer (all within a very short time), and not once made us feel bad about any of it. To the contrary, they were supportive and we felt they really had our backs. Very quickly after, those concerns were addressed and resolved in an efficient, satisfactory and pleasant manner.
It was our first time doing business here, but certainly not the last. Thank you to the team who were all kind, good-natured, and great at what they do.
